in bloom

Seeing as the weather has been lovely this weekend, I went to one of our local nurseries today to pick up some seeds and see what was in bloom. I thought I would share a few photos as there was quite a number of things to shoot~

Have a marvelous week,
xx

So beautiful. I am so ready for spring so I can start digging in the dirt but we're still pretty much frozen here in Missouri. I love you blog, btw. ☺ Celeste

Can you believe it??? We had people in Joyworks coming in in their flip flops today! Bikers, cyclists, walkers, sky divers,,,,,you name it! Everyone was out and even if they were only shopping, they all had smiles plastered on their faces!

Lovely day!! Looking forward to getting out there tomorrow myself!!!

Enjoy!

Hi Kim,

Kathy here, friend of Joe & Jermonne and you helped me out with preparing some food there. Thanks again!

I wanted to congrats on your picture & lovely compliment on your site in "Romantic Homes" April 2010 addition and thank you because it is of the desserts I had prepared for Barnhouse!

LOVE your photos & love reading about which is your favorite lens. I want to buy one but not sure which one I should get.

Hope to see you soon. Maybe at Timi's event in Bothel?

Hugs.

oh dang..i don't know how you do it. honestly it was mainly you who inspired my last post... these photos are terrific. i am ashamed to admit i haven't taken one single spring photo yet. none. it makes me sad. but i just can't do it! i feel so busy and taking photos can consume and entire day so easily..an entire weekend even! you know what i mean i know you do. i stayed in the house all weekend. yep it's true. i am painting my studio a wonderful baby blue mind you..and today i am cleaning carpets. i can't multitask. i wish i could but for now....i need to go and start the carpet cleaning machine. see you soon though...that makes me infinitely happy.

Those just made my day! There is a huge snow storm building here at the moment, so I will come back sporadically and look at these all day.

Thanks Mimi!

Well, looks like you and lens are in flying form and peak condition to lavish yourselves on unsuspecting France. I shall rush outside and whisper sweet nothings to the rose bushes and primeverts so they are all standing to attention when you both pass by!!
