I have a friend from across the sea with whom I have communicated for tenish years. She has a fabulous eye and lives in a part of the world whose design sense I am enamored with these days.
Yesterday she sent me a link to a FABULOUS website with the most delicious photos of wonderful living spaces. Emma of Emmas Blogg has a great sense of esthetic beauty but I love that she finds spaces that look lived in and comfortable as well. Definitely worth a virtual visit!
Emma also wrote a guide to Stockholm that she has on her site and if you plan to ever visit, it is an absolute must of a read. It is like visiting a friend in a foreign city and having her take you to her very favorite spots. Now I just need someone in every one of my favorite European cities to do that for me...

thank you for sharing emma! her style is so simple & pure, so practical yet beautiful and creative...it can maybe be my new transformation... i think we are all heading in this direction one way or another. balance is so very important and so many ignore it. this style is almost a religion.
