Dinner chez moi ce soir



I just put short ribs in the slow cooker, and it reminded me that I really love doing slow food for my family.  I love that food goes in early and then by the time the dinner hour rolls around, there is much less to do.  It is all just so relaxed and enjoyable~
I think that I will attempt profiteroles for dessert - wish me luck!

That looks soooo good. If I catch the next flight out of Madrid- with the time difference I could be there in time for dinner! Buy extra bread just in case! ¡Que aprobeche!
