dinner time already?

Do you ever have those days where, although your "to do" list is becoming long enough to have to use the other side of the page, you can still find things to do to keep you from ticking off anything on said "to do" list?  No?  Is that just an issue I seem to have?  I am praying that it isn't an aging thing, as I find that if someone were to ask what my biggest *talent* is, ending up on some tangent task is rivaling my ability to tie a cherry stem with my tongue...

So, in order to feel like today wasn't a COMPLETE write off when it comes to productivity, I have collected some photos from around the house - some of my favorite things.  I intend to convince myself that assembling these photos is a way of organizing my thoughts when it comes to the direction I want to take in my home decorating process.  You see, that sounds good, right?  Wow, I am already starting to believe!

So, without further ado: the things!

I love your photos of your home. I took pictures yesterday of our kitchen. Your post is so close to home for me! I just said again today- It must be an age thing that I'm forgetting things and my to do list has gotten longer... I have a friend and I do the tie a cherry stem with our tongue!! LOL... Have a golden weekend!

I love all your details! You have such a lovely home. They say figs improve memory. I´m constantly buying them and then forgetting to eat them...

Lovely photos- those old books - your home is warm and inviting.
Some days we can give ourselves permission to just be and not accomplish greatness. Sometimes we house clean and organize what's going on inside- and that's a job well-done.

I think "Your home and You" are pretty fabulous - so if it is "dinner time already" then, please have a well deserved glass of wine or a special sweet.
Your photos are cozy, warm and inviting.
